Taxation
- Every sections of tax return must be filled with care and incorrect information should be avoided.
- If no such information can be provided, just fill in "no information".
- If any errors or omissions after submission of tax return are discovered, notification must be made to the HK IRD.
- Never fail to file and submit the tax return.
- Supporting documents for deduction and allowance claims must be retained for six years for reference.
- Apply for extension for any reason unable to submit the tax return within the specified period.
