Duties and Rights of Shareholders:
- Attendance of AGM
- First AGM must be held within 18 months, the period between two consecutive AGM should be less than 15 months;
- Being familiar with the company's operations and financial positions;
- Election matters or being elected as a member of the Board of Directors;
- Dividend distributions;
- Dealing with matters regarding the company shares;
- Selling off assets and paying creditors based on the legislative rules in winding up cases;
- Approval of the annual auditor's report;
- Appointment and dismissal of directors, making decisions on the directors' remuneration.
